Norway's Guest of Honour Programme

Under the motto “What if”, Norway will showcase the creativity and diversity of Norwegian children’s and young adult literature through a broad programme of author events and professional seminars.
A total of 23 Norwegian authors and illustrators will participate in the literary programme, including names such as Maria Parr, Øyvind Torseter, Stian Hole and Maja Lunde.
Norway’s presence in Bologna will also include four exhibitions that highlight the strength of Norwegian illustration. The “What if” illustration exhibition will showcase over 130 works by 49 Norwegian illustrators.
